Things are looking bright for Field Report. The Chester Porterfield-fronted act is back with a new single, “Never Look Back”, which is coming from a new album, “Summertime Songs”, set to be released soon. While acoustically driven, the track is fairly upbeat, with a lively beat and Porterfield’s vocals doing much of the heavy lifting. Mixing Americana with indie, the band finds a comfortable sound on this release that is  likely to carry over to the rest of the album when it’s released.
