The real is back. The combination of Taiyamo Denku and Maximus Da Mantis, aka Milwaukee Monstaz, are back with a new backpacker-friendly track, “Brain Holes”. The addition of Philadelphia emcee Reef The Lost Cauze gives the track a posse cut feel, even though there’s only three artists over the DCypha production. Between Philly, Australia, and Milwaukee, the track is all over the map in more ways than one. However, the collaboration allows for three different styles to come together and give almost any hip hop head something to nod to. At times, CyphaDen and their numerous collaborations seems endless, but it creates a treasure trove of golden-era sounding hip hop, and that’s nothing to be sour about. Check out “Brain Holes” below:
