The duo of bassist Bo Triplex and drummer Airo Kwil, aka Bo & Airo, are becoming a force to be reckoned with in the Milwaukee music scene, and they take that tone on their debut release as a duo, “I”. While the EP is their first release, the duo has made a name for themselves, performing frequently around the city, and in turn, honing their sound. Both artists are solid individually on the microphone, and as musicians, can hang with anyone. When you combine that talent and creativity, you get projects like this one. Whether it’s tough hip hop verses, or funky drum and bass (see “Cupid”), the wide range of skill is on display with “I”. Check out the EP below:
