There are certain voices that lend themselves to big electronic productions, and Swedish singer Frida Sundemo is definitely one of them. Her latest single, “Gold” is accented by synths, pads, and upbeat digital percussion, creating a euphoric sounding sonic atmosphere around her. The single comes from her upcoming album, “Flashbacks & Futures”, due out on October 6th via Cosmos Music. Somehow bridging the gap between minimalism and expansive sounds, Frida is a name to keep tabs on if you’re a fan of synth pop.
