While some artists try to go over listener’s heads with the ethos and delivery of their albums, Milwaukee band Hi/Jack proves that being straight up with their audience can prevail. Their latest, “Turn It To Ten”, isn’t a conceptual masterpiece, and it doesn’t have to be. The album is pure, straight up, rock n’ roll, reminiscent of the classics, and the band delivers on that concept from the moment that you press play.
