The secretive nature of Los Angeles production duo DarkDark gives a mysterious flare to their persona, but it also lends a tremendous amount to the type of music that they make. The group’s blend of dark, melodic electro-pop is aided by the fact that they keep a relatively low profile, and it also allows space for creative visuals like their most recent clip for “Moments”. Featuring breathy vocals over some spastic production, this is beauty with a level of chaos added to it. In an instant, the song drops from complex to minimalist, and just as quickly flips back.
