AUDIO: Miniature Tigers – “Nobody Else”

With their latest single, “Nobody Else”, New York indie quartet Miniature Tigers have a certified indie jam on their hands. The track is is the perfect blend of lo-fi, mellow pop that feels right on a rainy fall day, and even though the current weather doesn’t dictate that mood just yet, you’ll be more than prepared when things start to look exceptionally grey outside. Ironically, the song features a sample of Jamaican singer-songwriter Millie Small’s 1965 single “What Am I Living For”. The pitched vocals make a great compliment to the band, however, and the end result is downtempo indie gold. The track also comes from their album, “I Dreamt I Was A Cowboy”, which is due out on October 28th. Check out “Nobody Else” below:
