AUDIO: GGOOLLDD – “Undercovers”
It feels very good to say that there’s new GGOOLLDD music out today. Earlier this week, the band premiered the single on 88Nine RadioMilwaukee, along with announcing a headlining gig at Turner Hall featuring Har Mar Superstar and Flint Eastwood on December 2nd. In around three years as a band, GGOOLLDD has elevated to become the synth-pop darlings of the Milwaukee music scene, and they’ve grown sonically, as well. “Undercovers” is a bit of a departure from the dance-heavy anthems that currently fill out their live set, and there’s a little more emphasis on guitar riffs. While it isn’t a major shift, it’s a great compliment to the band’s sound. The single is also one of the first songs written by the entire band collectively, and will likely be featured on the band’s next project. Check out “Undercovers” below:
