Okay, so quick backstory time here; I was feeling a bit nostalgic, and during a rather unpleasant day, felt the need to find “The Silence In Black and White” by Hawthorne Heights on Spotify. Then, after pulling them up (do people still use that term? Did they ever?) I discovered that the band recently released a new record. I, being a one-time huge Hawthorne Heights fan (and I still kinda am but shh…), feel compelled to share this with you, the internet. While you might initially shrug the album off, one listen and you’ll be very impressed. This is the Hawthorne Heights you loved way back when. Really, if you listen to it, you’ll love it.
