AUDIO: Anesthis – “Prayer”

Anesthis catapults the soul to quiet tranquillity with his ‘Prayer’ release. After delving deep into his musical arsenal, the classical composer emerges with a treasure and stupefies with his performance.

‘Prayer,’ which is soothing from the start, is the type of track that never gets old! Its emotional tones are intense, and there is a lot of change in the production, which keeps the enthusiasm flowing. The music also takes fresh turns regularly, to the point that the middle section takes on new life, and the ending serenades the senses, luring us back in for another fix.

AUDIO: Pizzle – “Prayer”

If you’re friends with any local hip hop artists on Facebook, last week was rough for your timeline. The debate of “Best Rapper In Milwaukee” flared up extra hot, when Reggie Bonds claimed the throne. Pizzle responded accordingly, saying that he would drop a track twenty minutes later. Then, all hell broke loose when Pizzle posted about the “Pizzle Challenge”, and unleashed an early version of “Prayer”, which apparently has a final version that is “even crazier” and will be on the final version of Grand Design (when it comes out). After this track, everyone and their cousin added their response to Facebook, and there’s a lot of links to click and I frankly don’t have time for all of that. So who’s the best rapper in Milwaukee? I don’t know anymore. I don’t think I ever knew. In the meantime, check out the “Prayer” below:
