Singer-songwriter Shonn Hinton dropped a new EP this week following up his massive 22-track album “Art” released in February. With a potent blend of R&B, soul and blues, Hinton is feeling tender and resolute over six tracks. These songs bring not only contagiously danceable rhythms but have euphoric and empowering sensibilities to them, from the purposive “Can’t Let Go” to
