TKO Artist Management Levels Up: Megan Pavlovic, Jordan Bernal, and Ben Sojka Earn Promotions

Nashville’s TKO Artist Management is starting the summer with a reshuffle worth paying attention to. The boutique firm, run by veteran executive TK Kimbrell, announced today (June 29, 2026) a trio of internal promotions that reward some of the folks who have quietly been keeping the wheels turning behind one of country and Americana’s most respected rosters.

Leading the news, Megan Pavlovic has been promoted from Project Manager to Artist Manager. In her new role, Pavlovic will work with GRAMMY-nominated troubadour Jamey Johnson, the late Toby Keith, Clay Walker, and The Bacon Brothers. A 2016 graduate of Saint Anselm College, Pavlovic has been grinding it out in Nashville’s entertainment industry for nine years, so this bump is very much earned.

Jordan Bernal is also stepping up, moving from Management Coordinator to Artist Manager. He’ll be steering the day-to-day for rising Warner Records Nashville signee Colton Dawson, along with Jamey Johnson, Jackson Dean, and Mac McAnally. Bernal joined TKO in 2022 after graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and has clearly made the most of his first few years on Music Row.

Rounding out the promotions, Ben Sojka has been elevated from Management Coordinator to Manager, Publishing & Internal Operations. A five-year TKO veteran and 2019 Middle Tennessee State University grad, Sojka also holds down management duties for The Bacon Brothers, Toby Keith, Chris LeDoux, Ned LeDoux, Mac McAnally, and Clay Walker. In other words, he does a lot — and now he has the title to match.

“Megan, Jordan, and Ben continue to be integral pieces of the TKO team,” said Cassie Petty, Vice President of TKO Artist Management. “They care deeply for our artists and are constantly evolving as professionals in this business.”

TKO Artist Management remains one of Nashville’s most consistent boutique shops, with a roster that spans country, Americana, and rock: The Bacon Brothers, Glen Campbell, Colton Dawson, Jackson Dean, Scotty Emerick, Jamey Johnson, Krystal Keith, Toby Keith, Chris LeDoux, Ned LeDoux, Mac McAnally, and Clay Walker. If you want a sense of the caliber of artist these three are now shepherding, cue up Jamey Johnson’s catalog and settle in.
