The Wldlfe are gassing up the van, loading in the amps, and pointing the bus toward pretty much every corner of the country. The Indianapolis-bred, Nashville-linked trio just announced their Long Way Home Tour, a coast-to-coast fall run that kicks off October 17 in Orlando and stretches all the way into December. Made up of vocalist Jansen Hogan, guitarist/vocalist Carson Hogan, and bassist Jack Crane, The Wldlfe pull from a genuinely wide net of influences — classic ’80s rock, top 40 pop gloss, alternative grit, and indie sensibility all end up in the blender. The result is a sound that feels effortless without being lazy, and immediate without being disposable.

They’ve been building this the old-fashioned way. A steady run of EPs and a reputation as a must-see live act helped grow their fanbase city by city, show by show. By the time 2024’s Heaven Is a Place LP arrived, the slow-burn had turned into a full-on brushfire: sold-out headline dates across North America, support runs with The Band Camino, Flor, Knox, Nightly, and COIN, and more than 125 million global streams.

Signing with Riser House Records has given the band something they hadn’t really allowed themselves before — breathing room. “Before, it was consistent; write, record, tour, repeat. Now there’s space,” says Jansen. That space, he explains, has helped the band re-center on what they actually want to be making. “There’s so much noise about what you should do. And now… we just want to be ourselves and let go of that. Now it’s about doubling down on what we’re actually good at.”

What they’re good at, more than anything, is the live show. In an industry increasingly ruled by algorithms and analytics, The Wldlfe’s north star remains refreshingly analog: show up, plug in, play the songs, meet the people. The Long Way Home Tour is built on exactly that principle.
