Post Sex Nachos Crave Bright Lights and Costco Aisles on New Single “All For You”

Nashville-based indie rock outfit Post Sex Nachos have shared another taste of their forthcoming record with the new single “All For You,” a bittersweet love letter to the people who hold down the fort while their partners chase the tour bus. Because let’s be honest — nothing says romance quite like a rotisserie chicken run and a stack of pancakes at IHOP.

The single is the latest offering from Big Bad, the band’s fifth full-length album, produced by Aaron Wagner and arriving September 18. Named after the recurring villain trope in tabletop gaming, Big Bad is about keeping your head above water when the undercurrents of chaos and change are doing their best to drag you under. It’s the band’s most intentional, collaborative record to date — a project built from the ground up with instrumental ideas swapped around the room before lyrics were layered in.

“All For You” captures that push-and-pull of wanting the dream and craving the mundane in equal measure. It’s the sound of a band grateful to be playing music around the world while quietly missing the weekend Costco run.

“‘All For You’ was written at a time where I was pretty down on touring — not playing shows, but just being away from home,” shares lead singer Sammy Elfanbaum. “It’s wishing that I could have the best of both worlds, living this life of playing my songs to people without leaving my city, leaving my fiancé and animals behind. It’s a long-winded love song for those who stay at home while their partners work on the road.”

The new single follows previously released tracks “Sound of You” and “A Lot To Lose” featuring BAILEN, which Ones to Watch called “one of the most thoughtful tunes on the album.” The band’s 2025 single “SOS” spent over 20 weeks in AltNation’s Top 18, racking up more than 700 spins and multiple Advanced Placement nods along the way. An official video for “All For You” is slated to drop next week.

In support of Big Bad, Post Sex Nachos will hit the road for the Big Bad North American Tour, kicking off September 25 with a hometown show at Nashville’s The Basement East and wrapping November 7 at Chicago’s Bottom Lounge. Ahead of the headline run, the band joins The Strumbellas for three New York dates in July, following their recent Summerfest appearance.
