Arising Empire Unleashes a Triple Threat: thrown, NEOVISE, and Get The Shot Drop Devastating New Singles

Arising Empire is stacking the weekend with three brand new singles that span the full spectrum of heavy music — from Swedish metalcore devastation to atmospheric German alt-heavy debuts to bone-crushing Canadian hardcore. If your playlists have been feeling a little too polite lately, consider this your fix.

thrown — “rehearsed”

Stockholm’s thrown continue their meteoric rise with “rehearsed,” a two-minute detonation that turns heartbreak and manipulation into pure sonic carnage. Driven by furious groove, whiplash tempo shifts, and the band’s signature blend of nu-metal-tinged heaviness and hardcore aggression, the track captures that exact moment when emotional pain hardens into cold clarity — the realization that every apology and every tear was a calculated performance.

Lyrically, “rehearsed” strips a toxic relationship down to the studs, replacing vulnerability with self-preservation and landing on a bitterly triumphant final blow: the whole thing was staged from the start. It’s a savage, focused, and ferocious statement from a band whose debut EP EXTENDED PAIN already racked up more than 50 million streams and whose live reputation (thanks to runs with Knocked Loose, Fit For A King, Counterparts, While She Sleeps, and Wage War) has become the stuff of pit legend.

Catch thrown on the road:
6/20 — Piacenza, IT — Low-L Fest
6/21 — Strasbourg, FR — La Laiterie
6/22 — Bochum, DE — Zeche Bochum
6/24 — Copenhagen, DK — Copenhell Festival

NEOVISE — “Gravity”

Arising Empire also officially welcomes Essen, Germany’s NEOVISE to the roster with their debut single, “Gravity” — and what a first impression it is. Blending emotional vulnerability with atmospheric electronics, dynamic guitars, and an anthemic chorus built for arenas, “Gravity” transforms emotional dependence into empowerment. It’s cinematic without being overproduced, intimate without being small.

The song hinges on the imagery of one person becoming the center of your universe — the force that keeps everything in orbit when life threatens to fall apart. That thematic depth peaks with the line “twenty-one grams take a flight,” a nod to the mythic weight of the human soul. As vocalist Daniel explains, “That’s the whole song in three words. What does it actually take to give someone absolutely everything?” Guitarist and producer Simon adds that “Gravity” was designed to do everything the band does at once — “intimate, electronic, but at its core, it still carries a massive raw weight.” Fittingly, the track was written, recorded, produced, mixed, and mastered entirely by the band themselves.

Get The Shot — “FEED ME TO THE PIGS”

Québec City’s Get The Shot have never been in the business of pulling punches, and “FEED ME TO THE PIGS” might be their most punishing swing yet. A suffocating collision of hardcore, thrash-infused aggression, and metallic brutality, the single pushes the band’s trademark sound to its breaking point with blistering drums, razor-sharp riffs, and vocals that sound seconds from complete implosion.

Lyrically, the track digs into the vicious cycle of becoming complicit in your own downfall — anxiety, insecurity, self-sabotage, and emotional exhaustion laid bare over crushing breakdowns and desperate screams. It’s the sound of a mind at war with itself, chasing relief while sinking deeper into the very patterns causing the pain. Beneath the violent exterior lies genuine vulnerability, which is exactly why Get The Shot have spent 15+ years earning their place among modern hardcore’s most respected names, sharing stages with Lionheart, Comeback Kid, Nasty, and Deez Nuts along the way.
