Wednesday 13 Unleashes Live Video for “Look What The Bats Dragged In” from Upcoming Album ‘Un-Alive from Pol’and’Rock 2025’

Dread rock’s reigning ghoul-in-chief Wednesday 13 has cracked open the coffin lid on his upcoming live album, Un-Alive from Pol’and’Rock 2025, and the first artifact clawing its way out is a suitably feral live rendition of “Look What The Bats Dragged In.” The official live video is streaming now, and it captures exactly the kind of graveyard chaos you’d expect from a man who has built a career on making horror feel like the best party in town.

Filmed at Poland’s massive Pol’and’Rock Festival in 2025, the performance opens the record the same way it opens the show — fast, furious, and grinning like a jack-o’-lantern. The Transylvania 90210 opener has been a live staple since day one, and that Poison-parody title still lands with the same wink it did on release. Judging by the roar of the Polish crowd, the joke has aged like a fine embalming fluid.

“Oh my God, look at what the bats dragged in,” Wednesday says of the track. “There’s no better way to start a Wednesday 13 show than with this graveyard banger. The Poison parody title is still admired to this day. ‘Look What The Bats Dragged In’ was the first track from the first Wednesday 13 album, it’s fast, furious, and never fails to get the audience in a frenzy. This track sets the pace for the whole live album.”

Un-Alive from Pol’and’Rock 2025 arrives September 25 via Napalm Records and functions as a career-spanning tour through the crypt. Alongside Transylvania 90210 cuts “Look What The Bats Dragged In” and “Bad Things,” the setlist digs into Murderdolls staples like “Summertime Suicide” and “197666,” The Dixie Dead’s “Too Fast For Blood,” Horrifier’s “Good Day to Be a Bad Guy,” and a healthy pile of Mid Death Crisis bangers including “In Misery,” “When The Devil Commands,” and “Rotting Away.” In short: windows down, accelerator floored, bats on the horizon.

The album is available in a Digipak CD, a 2LP Translucent Red, a 2LP Splattered Translucent Orange/Black (limited to 200 worldwide), a 2LP Cross White/Red (EU only), and digital. The 2LP White Label variant is already sold out, so the goblins have been busy.

Wednesday 13 keeps a punishing road schedule through the rest of the year. The band hits the UK in August for the Cruel Summer run, including stops at Bloodstock and Firevolt festivals. From there it’s back to North America for the Shocktober Blood Tour with Dead On A Sunday and Above Snakes running late September through Halloween, before crossing back to Europe in November and December for the Cursed Blessings co-headline trek with The Birthday Massacre, featuring direct support from Killus.

Pre-order Un-Alive from Pol’and’Rock 2025 before September 25 and start warming up your best zombie shuffle — this one is built to be played loud, in the dark, with the headlights off.
