Braden Hull Hits the Road with Sara Evans and Drops Feel-Good Single “Ain’t No Reason Not To”

Country newcomer Braden Hull is having the kind of week most artists dream about. The 23-year-old North Carolina native and former firefighter just announced he’ll be opening more than 20 dates for multi-platinum labelmate Sara Evans on her We Got The Beat tour, and to sweeten the deal, he dropped a brand-new single, “Ain’t No Reason Not To,” today.

The tour kicks off June 25 in Sherman, Texas, and rolls across North America through November, hitting fairs, theatres, amphitheatres and casino resorts from Montana to Virginia. It’s a serious step up for the Melody Place Records signee, who has spent the past year sharing stages with the likes of Craig Morgan, Little Texas, Vince Gill, Whey Jennings, Gavin Adcock and Vincent Mason.

“I can’t believe I get to tour with the one and only, Sara Evans,” Hull says. “I am so grateful to her team for making this happen and am looking forward to meeting new fans across the country.”

As for the new single, “Ain’t No Reason Not To” is a high-energy, roll-the-windows-down anthem written by Hull alongside Dan Harrison, Adam Sickler and Mark Taylor, with A Thousand Horses guitarist Bill Satcher behind the boards. It’s a track built for people who occasionally need permission to clock out of adult life and have a little fun.

“I have never been one to pass up a good time, but sometimes life gets chaotic, and we all have responsibilities,” Hull explains. “Regardless of what you have going on, there’s no reason not to go out and have some fun sometimes.”

The momentum keeps stacking up. Hull’s most recent release, “End This Way,” landed as the second most-added song on the MusicRow Country Breakout radio chart with 11 adds, sitting just behind Riley Green’s “Think As You Drunk” and tying with Tyler Hubbard’s “Land.” Not bad company for an artist who first picked up a guitar just a few years ago as a way to process what life was throwing at him.

That vulnerability has been Hull’s calling card since his 2023 debut “Falling Out Of Love,” a song about his parents’ divorce that went viral on TikTok and has continued to resonate with listeners navigating similar heartbreak. Between charting singles like “Coulda Been Love” and “Hey Son,” and community-driven projects like his annual “Braden’s Christmas Wish” benefit concerts back home in Lexington, North Carolina, Hull is quickly proving he’s more than just a small-town story.
