Lady Sabo is remaining ever-prolific when it comes to her output as an artist, and over the weekend, she unleashed a new EP, “48Hrs.” As is now customary, Sabo explores the depths of her sound on each of the six tracks that comprise this release. With a melodic first half to the record, things turn on their head with the drum-and-bass feeling “Pocket XO,” before going back to the melodies on “The Peak.” Closer “Feeling Loss” is decidedly the closest to Sabo spitting bars, which she can do with ease. All in all, it’s another step in a new direction for Sabo that ultimately benefits her greatlly. Check out the EP here:
