YPE Mari and Gwapo Chapo have a new record out, and there’s nothing fake about the feeling on “50-1.” Mari feels like the underdog, talking about how he’s got a lot working against him, but he and Chapo are going to keep things pushing no matter what. Chapo’s verse is about being loyal and staying down for his people, and then Mari follows things up talking about how even though he doesn’t have his brother with him, he’ll keep striving when he needs to.
