Producer Thane dropped a new single last month. This track is considered a sequel to “Brb (Scrolling)” from Thane’s previous EP “The Algorithm Isn’t Working” – an interlude serving as a commentary about how much we use our phones to mindlessly consume. The producer stretches that concept into a three-part leftfield electronic composition here, encompassing different movements and sonic textures to represent the over-stimulation, anxiety and conquest of gratification that such socio-technological dependency inflicts upon us.
