Idle hands are the devil’s plaything, or in Auntie’s case, the greatest opportunity. That’s the scenario on “Mobile1000%,” a new beat tape from the producer comprising of tracks made in downtime from 2021 to the present. Most are fleeting thoughts, with lo-fi haze to them while audibly blurry vocal samples flood the speakers. Nothing exceeds the two-minute mark, but nothing also wears out its welcome. “Mobile1000%” is the right kind of project to be a departure from your day, even if only for a few minutes.
