Summerfest promised a January full of announcements, and our first official one is that Halsey will be headlining The Big Gig on Friday, July 3rd with special guest CHVRCHES. Add this in with the leak that Justin Bieber will be headlining the opening night of the festival this year, and so far we’ve got a pop-heavy amphitheater lineup for 2020.
