2018 Pridefest Headliners Announced
Hop in your Chrysler and get to Pridefest this year, as The B-52s, Daya, and Jussie Smollert, aka Jamal from “Empire” will be headlining the festival on the Summerfest grounds from June 8th-10th. The B-52s are a classic psychedelic/new wave act, Daya has a major hit with “Don’t Let Me Down”, which dominated pop radio last year, and Smollert is touring behind his recently released debut album, “Sum of My Music”.
Over the past few years, Pridefest has grown exponentially in Milwaukee, and that also includes an expansion into Thursday, June 7th, for the first time. The Dance Pavillion will host a kickoff party featuring DJs, headlined by Cash Cash, as well as drag performers and dancers.
We just hope that the Miller Lite stage doesn’t have a tin roof.
