With South By Southwest approaching, NPR has released it’s annual Austin 100 list, featuring their picks for the Top 100 artists to check out while visiting the festival. Milwaukee is well represented, with three local artists making the list: Dead Horses, Field Report, and WebsterX. Their tracks are also included on the official Austin 100 Playlist, which you can check out below, and WebsterX is an NPR Slingshot Artist this year, as well. These are all great looks for the city, and dozens of other Milwaukee artists will be making their way down to Austin for the festival later this month to play shows as part of both official and unofficial SXSW events.
