Marquette Radio Announces 2018 Battle Of The Bands
Here’s a great opportunity for a band to make a big splash in a hurry. We’re thrilled to partner with Marquette Radio and 88Nine Radio Milwaukee for the 2018 Battle Of The Bands, which will be held on Thursday, February 22nd at the Union Sports Annex on Marquette’s campus.
The winner of this year’s Battle of the Bands will receive a 414 Live session on 88Nine Radio Milwaukee, as well as an opening slot for An Evening With Abby Jeanne on April 5th at The Tonic Tavern, and an opening slot at the Marquette Radio Spring Concert, in addition to an interview article on this very website. Three gigs and plenty of local coverage is a pretty good look for the winning band, and it’s how Ako fell onto our radar last year!
