Pennsylvania emcee Izzy Strange took plenty of time to work in between his debut and sophomore releases. Two years of work went into his latest, “A Good Day 2 B The Bad Guy”, and the end project showcases that. For starters, there’s 15 tracks on the album, which is a lot to put a non-mixtape release. On top of that, though, you can hear that the extra effort was put in on this project, as soon as you hear Strange’s carefully crafted verses over some crisp production. There’s also a few notable features, including buzzing artists Mick Jenkins and Open Mike Eagle. Izzy handles the majority of the album on his own, though, demonstrating that he can go bar for bar with anyone with his flow. Check out “A Good Day 2 B The Bad Guy” below:
