Connecticut hardcore outfit Currents are gearing up for a big couple of months, and kicked that off this past Friday, with the release of “Apnea”, their newest single. The track is the first release from their upcoming album, “The Place I Feel Safest”, which hits retailers on June 16th via SharpTone Records. In addition to that, the band will also head out on a tour with labelmates Miss May I at the end of May and all of June, including a June 10th stop at The Sandlot in Green Bay. The track packs a hell of a punch, and is a very solid prelude to what is looking to be a great hardcore album. Check out the track below:
