Artists that should have an anniversary tour (or show) in 2015
Anyone with ears know that 2005 was a legendary year for music. Here’s a list of albums that hopefully we’ll get to hear live in full.
Late Registration – Kanye West
Now I know a tour is out of the question but it’s Kanye. Seeing as how unpredictable he can be I wouldn’t be surprised if he played this album as a secret show. Loaded with hits like Gold Digger, Touch The Sky, and Diamonds From Sierra Leone, it certainly would be a treat to the ears.
A Beautiful Lie – 30 Seconds To Mars
This is another highly unlikely one but C’MON, JARED LETO! You created one of the greatest rock albums of all time and it deserves to be recognized in some way, shape, or form for turning ten.
Self Titled – Bayside
Currently on their anniversary tour for being a band (15 years old!?), I doubt they forgot about this anniversary. It is the fan favorite after all. My bet is a fall tour for it or a festival or two.
The Party Scene – All Time Low
I wouldn’t put a secret show or just a few dates past them. Adored by old and new fans, they still manage to play some of these songs live. So why not play the whole thing?
Everything In Transit – Jack’s Mannequin
Rumor has it that Andrew McMahon is gearing up to tour for this album because c’mon, everyone wants it to happen.
Move Along – The All-American Rejects
This is a show I didn’t know I wanted, honestly. They’ve haven’t been doing anything lately so why not? Just by looking at this cover, songs like Move Along and It Ends Tonight are already stuck in your head.
From Under The Cork Tree – Fall Out Boy
I’m Wide Awake, It’s Morning – Bright Eyes
This is a definite maybe. This album put Conor Oberst on the map so I doubt he won’t forget this gem of an album’s anniversary.
Trivium – Ascendancy
This album has been the topic of conversation on their facebook and twitter which could possibly mean a tour but I can see them perform it at festivals since they are bigger outside of the states. Being the fan favorite, this album is a fine example of metalcore.
