This week’s Milwaukee Artist of the Week is Dee Ph3sh, another one of the many young, talented emcees in Milwaukee. On Wednesday, Dee came out with his newest mixtape, Glory Road. The whole tape has a real consistent sound, matching incredibly stylish beats with relentless lyrics. Dee’s delivery is polished as well, which isn’t something that can normally be said about 19 year old emcees (or 20, as of next week). Surprisingly, the tape doesn’t feature any other rappers. In the past, he’s been known to collaborate with other local standouts Vonny Del Fresco, Pizzle, and more. Not surprisingly, however, Dee takes the spotlight and runs with it, though.
