Milwaukee garage rockers The Rashita Joneses have come roaring onto the local music scene, figuratively and quite literally, with their new single “White Wave”. Since releasing a split cassette with Filter Free Rodeo, the group has been hard at work on their EP, “Bang Bang! Lasagna”. Set to come out on Tasty Tapes this November. If you’re ready to fully embrace some killer garage rock, The Rashita Joneses are the kind of band you can fall in love with. Hell, their press release introduces them as “The Rashita Joneses (so far no comment from Rashida or her lawyers)”, and on that merit alone, you have to feel like you’re experiencing something with them.
