Darkwave artist Bloth Arkheim’s latest single is about self-actualization. Shimmering curtains of synths shroud us with stormy hope; Arkheim sings of breaking out of the normative programming conditioned by society in favor of their true self. New darkwave project Tinsel Rabbit are out with their first few recordings. This song features haunting harmonies and shadowy angst but remains friendly to the dance floor while welcoming us with industrial electronics and heavy guitars. There’s two other tracks “Boom” and “Throwdown” out as well. We look forward to seeing what Tinsel Rabbit is working on.
