We’ve got a new lo-fi pop artist on our radar, Yvonne Dollheart. She dropped a record on Halloween of seven tracks, encompassing dream pop and eccentric psychedelia. There’s a haunting presence of echoing background vocals under Dollheart’s poetic lyricism as she sings along downtempo production, although “Bottom of the Pool” kicks it into an upbeat dance vibe. She’s got an
