Silly Goose Unleash Rage-Fueled New Video for “Goodnight” — Watch Now
Atlanta’s resident rap-rock hellraisers Silly Goose have officially graduated from gas station parking lot guerrilla shows (and a couple of mug shots) to certified buzz-band status — and they’re not slowing down. Today, the crew dropped the video for their snarling new single “Goodnight,” and it’s exactly the kind of unhinged catharsis fans have come to expect.

“Simply put, ‘Good Night’ is a song about being angry,” singer Jackson Foster explains. “It was cool to go back and work with our friend Joey, who did the Bad Behavior EP, and our friend Ryan Hall. I haven’t been this excited about a song in a minute.” That excitement translates. “Goodnight” is a tightly wound burst of riffs, swagger, and venom — the kind of track that lands somewhere between a middle finger and a victory lap.
And it’s just the beginning. The band has confirmed a new EP is on the way this summer, following up their Blue Grape Music full-length Keys to the City. If “Goodnight” is the warning shot, the EP could very well be the knockout punch.
Silly Goose are currently wrapping a run of dates with Magnolia Park before pivoting into a stacked festival calendar that takes them from Atlanta’s Porch Fest to the UK’s legendary Download Festival, plus Rock Fest, Aftershock, and a Warped Tour stop in Orlando. A late-summer leg with Sleep Theory rounds out one of the busiest tour schedules of their career.
