Buckcherry Unleash Final Leg of “Roar Like Thunder” 2026 Tour With Black Stone Cherry, Scorpions Las Vegas Residency
Sleaze rock’s reigning heavyweights are not slowing down. Buckcherry have officially announced the final leg of their “Roar Like Thunder” 2026 tour, and if the itinerary is any indication, frontman Josh Todd and company intend to leave a trail of smoke, sweat, and blown speakers from the Midwest to the Gulf Coast before the year is out.
The run kicks off July 31 in Riverside, Iowa, where Buckcherry will open for Stone Temple Pilots at the Riverside Casino & Golf Resort — a stacked bill that essentially doubles as a crash course in late-’90s/early-2000s rock radio. From there, the band barrels through casino stages, county fairs, and honky-tonks before landing at one of their most sacred annual stops: the legendary Sturgis Buffalo Chip during Sturgis Bike Week on August 13. If there is a more perfect match of band and venue in American rock, we have not found it.
The real meat of the announcement is the nine-show run with Black Stone Cherry and Tyler Bryant, a triple-threat package of Southern-tinged hard rock that starts August 16 at The Caverns in Pelham, Tennessee and winds through Huntington, Waynesboro, Fort Myers, St. Petersburg, Destin, San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. Sandwiched in the middle is an August 15 date at the Beaver Dam Amphitheater in Kentucky opening for Bret Michaels — because of course it is.
The touring leg wraps with a festival-sized exclamation point at Rocklahoma in Pryor (billed on the itinerary as Norman), Oklahoma on September 4, followed by a headline stop at The Vanguard in Orlando, Florida on September 6.
And then comes the flex. Buckcherry will close out 2026 on the Las Vegas Strip, supporting the Scorpions on an eight-show residency running September 17 through October 3. Not a bad way to end a year.
The tour shares its name with the band’s 2025 album “Roar Like Thunder,” which continues Buckcherry’s late-career hot streak and is well worth a spin before you hit the merch line. Stream it here: https://open.spotify.com/album/7d7jZrIlDilWTgteucdgOj
