New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival Reveals Stacked 2026 Lineup
The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival has announced its 2026 lineup, featuring hundreds of artists scheduled to perform from April 23 through May 3.
The festival will span two weekends at the Fair Grounds Race Course, with performances across multiple stages. Organizers confirmed the roster includes jazz, blues, gospel, funk, rock, pop, and international acts.
Headliners for the first weekend include Stevie Wonder, The Rolling Stones, and Diana Ross. The second weekend will feature performances by Beyoncé, Bob Dylan, and Paul McCartney. Each day will offer continuous music from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Local artists on the schedule include Trombone Shorty, Irma Thomas, The Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and Rebirth Brass Band. The Congo Square stage will host traditional New Orleans brass bands, Mardi Gras Indians, and social aid and pleasure clubs throughout both weekends.
The festival will also present cultural programming beyond music. Cooking demonstrations, arts and crafts vendors, and heritage exhibits will be stationed throughout the grounds. Food vendors will serve Louisiana cuisine including crawfish Monica, cochon de lait po-boys, and mango freeze.
Tickets go on sale January 15 at 10 a.m. through the official festival website. Single-day passes start at $90 for adults, with children under 10 admitted free when accompanied by an adult. VIP packages and weekend passes are also available.
The Jazz Fest typically draws 400,000 attendees across its run. Hotels in the area are already reporting increased bookings for the festival dates.
