WinterWonderGrass returns to Steamboat Springs, Colorado from February 28 to March 2, 2025, with a lineup featuring Leftover Salmon, The Infamous Stringdusters, The Devil Makes Three, and additional acts to be announced.
The three-day festival will take place at multiple venues throughout the ski resort town, including the Steamboat Grand Hotel and Gondola Square. Organizers expect approximately 4,000 attendees per day for the event, which combines live music performances with winter sports activities.
Leftover Salmon will perform two sets during the festival weekend, including a headline slot on Saturday night. The Colorado-based band has been a regular fixture at WinterWonderGrass since the festival’s inception in 2013.
The Infamous Stringdusters are scheduled for Friday evening at the Grand Hotel ballroom. The group will also host a workshop on Saturday afternoon focusing on bluegrass instrumentation and songwriting techniques.
The Devil Makes Three brings their blend of bluegrass, old-time music, and folk to the festival on Sunday. The California trio last performed at WinterWonderGrass in 2020 before the pandemic forced a cancellation of the 2021 event.
Festival passes go on sale October 15 through the WinterWonderGrass website. Three-day passes start at $279, with single-day tickets available for $125. VIP packages include access to artist meet-and-greets, complimentary drinks, and reserved viewing areas.
The festival will once again feature late-night performances at venues throughout downtown Steamboat Springs. These shows require separate tickets and typically sell out within days of going on sale.
