Ty Segall’s 15th studio album since 2009, Three Bells, is a rare example of longevity in the modern music landscape. Though constantly altering his sound, Ty Segall is often cast under genres such as garage/indie rock, but influences from a multitude of others can be heard. While previous projects have dabbled in psychedelia, folk and metal, this one flexes his versatility by blending hard-hitting traditional guitar and an impressive vocal range. Although I suspect it’s hardly his last, Ty Segall’s new project is worth a listen soon for any brand of rock enthusiast.
