One of our contributors, Ben Slowey, is more than on top of the local music scene. In addition to his work for Breaking And Entering, he also hosts the Mr. Nice Guy podcast, an interview-based show that reaches out to Milwaukeeans for conversations about what motivates them. This week, Ben sat down w chamber-folktronic singer-songwriter Amanda Huff and guitarist/drummer of bands ako and Dropbear Collective Mark Soriano. Huff’s album “Hemiptera” is available streaming everywhere – she walked out of 88Nine Radio Milwaukee’s 2018 Awards with Album Artwork of the Year, Music Video of the Year, and Solo Artist of the Year.
