The good people over at Marquette Radio have teamed up with 88Nine RadioMilwaukee and ourselves for their Battle of the Bands, to be held on Thursday, February 23rd. This year, however, the prizes are stacked. Not only do you get coverage on this website, but the winning band will also receive a performance on 88Nine’s 414 Live, a slot on the Marquette Radio Spring Concert, and the opening slot for our March edition of our “An Evening With” concert series at The Tonic Tavern with Tigernite. So, to recap, that’s three shows, one of which being a radio appearance, and website and video coverage all in one. This is a big opportunity for a band.
