Every once in a while, John Mayer does the unexpected. A while ago, he re-joined Twitter, with one of the funnier proclamations that he was the “Kenny Powers of Twitter”. He made those weird comments in a Playboy interview that he would like everyone to forget. He used to have a prank show on VH1. I could go on, but you get the point. His latest unexpected move is covering Beyonce’s “XO”. He had been playing the song live on tour, and now has released his version of Queen Bey’s track on Soundcloud. Check it out below:
