OutKast Reunites For Coachella, NYC Governor’s Ball
It’s been a big week for duo reunions. The Cool Kids announced on Twitter that they’re coming out with a new EP in 2014, there’s been rumors of a Clipse reunion, and now the biggest rumors of them all have been confirmed; OutKast will reunite after a long hiatus to perform at both weekends of Coachella on April 11th. In addition to that, the duo has also been named as the headliners of the New York City Governor’s Ball Festival in June. Rumors of the reunion had been floating around the internet, but were propelled even more when the above photo landed on instagram in recent weeks. The reunion show will be their first performance together since their official hiatus in 2006, though both Big Boi and Andre 3000 have continued to do their own things since 2004’s split album “Speakerboxxx/The Love Below”.
