Cinco – “Did It” (Video)
I got a formal press kit (which is always awesome to receive) from Cinco today. To be honest, I had never heard of him. After some research, though, I have to say that for the most part, he’s doing things right. He has a good website, musically sounds on point, and he works with a pretty popular group of people. The most noted of his collaborators being Chubz, the winner of 2011’s Kiss Icon contest. (Narrowly beating out my friends in Take The Day… but whatever). This video, a track over Childish Gambino’s “Freaks And Geeks” instrumental, is one of the better ones I’ve heard from Cinco. And it has an official video, too, which is nice because you’re not just staring at a picture of him. Yet I digress. Take a look at Cinco, and become a part of the pretty strong movement he is forming via his Facebook page. His first official mixtape, “Inside The Mind Of Five”, is currently in the works.
