Honey Creek are back in full force with their new EP, “The Time It Takes”, and they’re ready to take the world by storm. The release is five tracks of pop punk in its purest form, but you’ll be singing and bouncing along to choruses within the first listen. The band has a knack for catchy songwriting, and that comes out in this, their longest release to date. For a young band that is still establishing themselves, Honey Creek have tremendous potential to break out onto bigger stages with their ability to craft a song. It’s a very exciting time for Milwaukee pop punk act Honey Creek. Last week, the band announced that their new EP, “The Time It Takes” is set to be released this Friday. In advance of that, the band released a new single, “3 Years Off”. If you loved their “Oakland Avenue” EP, the band picks up where they left off on the new single, and that’s a promising sign for their new release. The song is full of bouncy, sing-along moments guaranteed to get stuck in your head. Honey Creek are moving in the right direction, and there’s proof of that on this new track.
