Green River Festival 2026 Releases Initial Lineup With Geese, Charley Crockett, Spoon & More
The Green River Festival has announced its lineup for the 2026 event, marking the 40th anniversary of the music gathering. Charley Crockett, Spoon, and Geese will headline the three-day festival scheduled for June 19-21 in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
The festival returns to its traditional June dates at the Franklin County Fairgrounds. Organizers confirmed the artist roster earlier this week, with tickets going on sale Friday through the festival’s website.
Charley Crockett brings his blend of country, blues, and soul to the main stage on Saturday night. The Texas singer-songwriter has released twelve albums since 2015 and continues touring in support of his latest record, “$10 Cowboy.”
Spoon will close out the festival on Sunday evening. The Austin band is expected to perform material from across their three-decade career, including songs from their most recent album “Lucifer on the Sofa.”
Geese takes the stage Friday night. The Brooklyn group has gained attention for their guitar-driven sound and will showcase material from their sophomore album “3D Country.”
Additional performers include Sharon Van Etten, Mdou Moctar, and Wednesday. The festival will also feature regional artists on two stages throughout the weekend.
The Green River Festival began in 1986 as a community event and has grown to attract thousands of attendees each year. The 2026 edition will include camping options, food vendors, and craft booths alongside the musical performances.
Passes for the weekend start at $175, with single-day tickets available for $75. Camping reservations can be made separately through the festival website.
