Confluence Conference + Showcase Fest Reveals 2025 Music Schedule

The 2025 Confluence Conference + Showcase Fest begins its three-day run in Charlotte, North Carolina this week, featuring two nights of live music performances and the Confluence SongFest competition.

The event brings together musicians, industry professionals, and music enthusiasts from across the Southeast region. Organizers expect more than 40 acts to perform across multiple venues in Charlotte’s downtown district Thursday and Friday nights.

The Confluence SongFest takes place Saturday afternoon at the McGlohon Theater. Songwriters will compete for a $5,000 grand prize and recording studio time. Past winners have gone on to secure publishing deals and touring opportunities.

Local venues participating in the showcase nights include The Evening Muse, The Milestone Club, and Snug Harbor. Each location will host between four and six acts per night, with performances beginning at 7 p.m. and continuing past midnight.

Conference panels and workshops run throughout all three days at the Charlotte Convention Center. Topics include music licensing, touring logistics, and streaming platform strategies. Industry representatives from labels, booking agencies, and management companies will conduct one-on-one meetings with artists Friday afternoon.

Tickets for individual showcase nights cost $25, while full conference passes are available for $150. The SongFest competition is open to the public with general admission seating at $15. Registration remains open through Wednesday evening on the Confluence website.
