11-year Saturday Night Live vet Fred Armisen steps out of character for a moment to tell us about the time the Beatles George Harrison dropped a reference to Spinal Tap; what’s his all-time favorite drummer joke; and how he nearly became road kill during a Portlandia sketch.

2001, a side project of Joan Wasser of Joan As Police Woman and Benjamin Lazar Davis, recently released the video for their single, “Overloaded”. The track is a spacy, catchy pop track, and the video features a familiar face in Fred Armisen of Portlandia, Saturday Night Live, and Late Night With Seth Myers fame. The duo play mechanic, and Fred. well, plays with everything else. A lot of plastic wrap. Like, a lot of plastic wrap. AUDIO: Chance The Rapper Featuring Jeremih and R. Kelly – “Somewhere in Paradise”

That boy Channel is back. As debuted in a remarkable Saturday Night Live performance, Chance the Rapper unleashes “Somewhere In Paradise”, featuring Jeremih and R. Kelly. The production is somewhat of an all-star team as well, with Peter Cottontale, Corin Roddick of Purity Ring, Nate Fox, and Donnie Trumpet all contributing. It’s going to be very interesting to see what the follow up to Acid Rap sounds like, if this is any indicator. It’s go time for Chance, and we’re about to see what he can really do from here.
