The workrate of Milwaukee’s hip hop scene is unrivaled in the case of some artists, and producer/rapper LeanBeatz is definitely an example of that. His latest project, “Relapse” is ten loose tracks that he had, in anticipation of his upcoming album, “#FreeCheapSkate2”. Rather than being a collection of b-sides, though, the project serves as a solid mixtape to get you hyped about what Lean has been putting together. With features from King Bando and Kane, we get to hear some collaborations that might not have had much legwork outside of the context of a project, too. By now, you should know LeanBeatz, and “#FreeCheapSkate2” is reported to be due out this summer, but you can check out “Relapse” here below:
