The makings of a dark pop commodity are alive and well with London-by-way-of-Ukraine identical twins Anna & Sonia Kuprienko. The duo make up Bloom Twins, and while there is a considerable novelty factor to their background, the girls prove themselves on their recent single, “Set Us Free”. The track was written on a trip to Ukraine, when they were stuck in the country for 18 months due to the uprising. Despite that setting, the girls claim that the song does not have any political ties. Regardless of the situation surrounding the track, it is definitely worth at least a few listens.
