A pair of announcements came from Summerfest this morning, as the festival filled out a few holes in it’s 2019 schedule, including the vacated American Family Insurance Amphitheater slot after Ozzy Osborne had to cancel his appearance.
Megadeth, who was scheduled to appear with Osbourne, will now headline the show, with support from Papa Roach, Pop Evil, and Badflower. The show will begin at 4:00 on July 4th. This is a separate show from the Ozzy tour, as fans are asked to hold onto their tickets for a 2020 replacement show. Tickets for Megadeth and Papa Roach go on sale Friday, May 31st with a presale the day before. Find out more about that show from Summerfest here.
In addition to that, several additional ground stage headliners were announced today. Among the names included are Bleachers, Ra Ra Riot, Tori Kelly, Liz Phair and more. You can view the full lineup here.
