Country-punk hybrid Rat Bath have two new songs out as of this week, and they’re throwing caution to the wind on “Fuck You and Fuck Yur God Too.” The song is a blitzkrieg, mixing blistering guitars with lyrics born out of total apathy towards the world. While on the surface, it may seem like the band is looking to elicit shock with this single, as well as b-side “DM Stands for Dungeon Mommy,” Rat Bath are coming into true form as a punk act, with songs like these ultimately feeling like a cathartic release.
